Mr. Mahany has an EXTRAordinary way of drawing out the gifting in his students and equipping them with the skills they need to become successful musicians. His lessons are the highlight of my week and always filled with laughter. I have learned so much from Mr. Mahany these last 5 years and I look forward to the many lessons yet to come.

Mr. Mahany gets six out of five stars. (That’s right. I said six.) I’ve been having lessons with him for about a year, and I really like his lessons. Because of him, I can play the Star Wars theme and so many other great songs. He’s a lot of fun!

Mr. Mahany is awesome. He really is the piano whisperer. He has this unique capacity to not only teach our son reading and music theory, but does so in a way that makes it so much fun for him to learn. He has an incredible ability to tune into and connect with our son. We feel so lucky to have him as our son’s piano teacher.

Michael Mahany has taught 3 of my 4 children many years ago. They continue working and composing music.  He has coached me through the years and is talented in all genres of music and has helped me apply theory to my Improv work, pop and jazz and even classical music.He adjusts his teaching style to my learning adeptness and has quick and delightful insights in every lesson

Mr. Mahany is the most creative piano teacher!  His ability to connect with my two boys and keep them excited about playing the piano is absolutely incredible. His lessons are so fun that the boys don’t even realize how much they are learning. It’s a fun piano party every lesson.
